Five steps from asking for an account to reading your first week of figures.

  1. Step 1

    Ask for an account

    Send us your shop's name and the plan that fits. We open the account and give you a sign-in.

  2. Step 2

    Add your bank accounts

    The accounts customers pay into. A slip is checked against these, so a payment to somebody else is caught rather than accepted.

  3. Step 3

    Connect your WhatsApp number

    The number you already give customers. Nothing changes for them except that the slip they send now gets an answer.

  4. Step 4

    Check your first slip

    Have a customer send one, or send one yourself. The result appears in the chat and on your dashboard at the same time.

  5. Step 5

    Read your figures

    The dashboard shows what you took and what failed. Reports cover any date range, and an administrator can narrow them to one member of staff.
